Plan

Before anyone quotes a number, we need to see the property. Most renovation surprises come from what was never checked at the start.

Free site visit and measure

An experienced planner visits, measures the space and inspects the existing plumbing, drainage, electrics and finishes. No charge and no obligation.

Detailed scope of work

You receive a written scope listing exactly what is included, trade by trade, and what sits outside it. Nothing left as “to be confirmed later”.

Realistic timeline

An honest programme built around approval times and material lead times. A full home renovation averages 8 to 10 weeks on site, and kitchens, wardrobes and cabinets run 5 to 6 weeks.

Approvals identified up front

On the first visit we confirm whether your community, building management, Dubai Municipality or Civil Defence approval applies, so it sits in the plan rather than arriving as a mid-project surprise.

Design

You should be able to see the finished room before committing to build it, and know what it costs while you are still choosing.

Free 2D and 3D design

Basic design and drawings come free of charge on confirmed projects, including layouts and 3D visuals, so you can judge the result rather than imagine it.

Materials you can hold

Visit our experience centre to see kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, sanitaryware and flooring in person, with a lowest price guarantee on branded products.

Fixed itemised quote

Priced through our ERP system and itemised line by line across demolition, MEP, materials, finishing and approvals. No hidden costs appear later.

Subfloor preparation and first fix works on a Dubai renovation site

Build

One in-house team of licensed technicians and engineers, so no trade can blame another for a delay and one person stays accountable throughout.

Approvals and NOCs handled

We prepare the drawings, method statements, contractor registration, insurance and deposits, then submit them on your behalf.

Strip-out and first fix

Old finishes removed, plumbing and electrical reworked, floor levels and falls corrected. The work you never see decides how long the result lasts.

Waterproofing and quality checks

Wet areas get a full membrane and a water test before a single tile goes down, with checks at each stage rather than only at the end.

Respect for an occupied home

Floors and lifts protected, dust controlled, debris cleared on schedule and community working hours observed, so you can stay in the property where possible.

Handover

A finish is done when it survives inspection, testing and a walkthrough with you, not when the site is empty.

Snagging and testing

Silicone, sealing, water and electrical testing, then a full snag list worked through before we call the job finished.

Deep clean and walkthrough

The property is deep cleaned and we walk it with you room by room, so anything you are unhappy with is raised while our team is still on site.

Warranty and aftercare

Up to 10 years warranty on kitchens, wardrobes and cabinet works, and 1 year workmanship warranty on other works. Annual maintenance contracts are available if you would like us to keep looking after the property.

How soon can you visit the property?

Usually within a few days of getting in touch. Sending photos or a drawing beforehand makes the visit far more productive.

Is the site visit really free?

Yes. The visit, the measure and the itemised quote that follows cost you nothing and carry no obligation.

When do I pay?

Payments are staged against progress and set out in the quote before work begins, so you always know what is due and when.

Can I live in the property during the work?

In most cases yes. We seal off work areas, protect floors and lifts, control dust and clear debris on schedule.

Who deals with the community or building management?

We do. Contractor registration, insurance, deposits, NOCs and authority permits are prepared and submitted by our team.

What if something is wrong after handover?

Tell us. Workmanship is covered by warranty, up to 10 years on kitchens, wardrobes and cabinet works and 1 year on other works.
